a. Rotary Sawdust Dryer is special designed to dry the Wood material which combines the function of drying and cooling, so it can save 30-50% energy.
b. Rotary type sawdust dryer shows the features of perfect drying effect, easy operation, high efficiency and easy control of drying. It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air.
c. Suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%. It has the larger capacity, can meet the high capacity need.
Working principle of the rotary sawdust dryer :
After the dank raw material is put into the dryer, it is turned over through the string-up rake which is inside of the cylinder and distributed uniform in the dryer, contacted fully with the countercurrent hot air. It accelerates the heat and mass conducting of dry. During the period of drying, the raw material is effected by the stirring-up rake with gradient and the hot air. It can be moved and passed through the dry region to start valve and discharge the final product.

♣ Fireplace is the place where the firewood, coal, gas or other material is burning for heat, there is a specially designed buffer which can make the hot air through but provent the fire in.
♣ Inlet place is beside the fireplace, thus the material can be dry at a early time.
♣ Roller is running evenly to make the material drying and processing at the same time.
♣ Discharging unit is installed with thermeter to control drying temperature. The temperature change of dryer's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C)
♣ The cyclone is for the discharging, whcih is more convenient and air lock for making the discharging little noise and no waste.
