Vibrating Screen' Brief Introduction
The series of vibrating screen moves in circular. It is specially designed for quarry to separate stone into different sizes. It is also widely used for classification in mining, building materials, hydroelectricpower and chemical projects,etc. The series of YK is the latest model in China. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and tyre coupling are adopted. The machines have the features of advanced structure, strong exciting force, low vibrating noise, convenient maintenance, durability, and so on.
Vibrating Screen' Operating Principles
It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension(supporting) device, and motor. Through triangle belt, the motor drives the main shaft of the vibration exciter to rotate. The screen box obtains the vibration by the centrifugal inertia force produced by the rotating exciting shaft with the eccentric block. Diffenrent amplitude of vibration can be obtained by changing the weight of the eccentric block.
