1. Introduction Of Sawdust Dryer:
The sawdust dryer made by our company is mainly used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical plant, cement plant for drying of limestone slag, coal powder, slag, clay stone.
This dryer is made up of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring.

Rotary drier machine is mainly composed of shell, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.

4. Working Principle Of Sawdust Dryer:
Rotary dryers consist of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.
