Brief introduction
It can crush various materials with size under 500mm and compressive strength no more than 360 Mpa. It is widely used in high way construction, water project, building materials and so on.
Product Characteristics
It has large crushing ratio, high efficiency and is easy to maintain. The shape of the final products are cubic, so it is the ideal processing equipment to produce aggregate for construction, high way and water project. It has chrome board hammer which can produce powerful impact force. It also has unique impact plate which is abrasion resistant and with special teeth on it. These features make it specially suitable to break hard rock high effectively. The size of the discharging hole is easy to adjust, making the crushing process much easier.
Operating Principle
The rotor revolves at high speed with the drive of the electromotor. When the materials enter into the crushing cavity, they impact on the broad hammer and break. Then the pieces are thrown onto the impact plate and break once again. After that, they are bounced back to the function area of the broad hammer again and continue to be crushed. This process repeat and the materials enter into the first, second, third crushing cavity continuously from large to small. Finally they are discharged from the exit when reaching the desired size.

Product application
Mine-selecting, chemistry, cement, building, fire-proof materials, ceram, glass, etc. Secondary crushing and fine crushing of variouys of hard and medium-hard materials, like granite, limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quarts, dolomite, iron sulfide, gypsum, chemical materials,etc.
Installation and adjustment
Installation: Choose the proper place according to need. At the same time, make sure there is enough space left for inspection.
Adjustment: 1.The rotor is balanced before leaving factory, so there is no need for further balance test. It is only needed when changing the broad hammer or parts of the rotor.2. Balance is needed to adjust when installing the main machine. The error of the levelness should be no more than 1mm/m. The driving wheel and driven wheel should be in the same plane. The degree of tightness of the belts should be adjusted properly and the electromotor should be fixed.3. Check the installation location of each part and observe if there is any displacement or distortion. Fasten all the bolts and examine if the sealing is fine.4. Check the electrical box wiring and tighten the situation, adjust delay relays and overload protector, connect circuits, test motor steering, select the appropriate specification of the fuse. 5. Check the reliability of the motion of the hydraulic system and see if there is leak. 6. Remove the foreign materials inside the impact crusher. Move around the rotor with hand to check if there is friction and collision.
