the process of cocoa roaster: the cocoa bean should be roasted at high temperature 100-120 degree ,

The whole process takes about 30 minutes to ensure that every cocoa beans after roasting, exudes a rich cocoa flavor. the temperature of the roasted can be sdjustable as your requiement.

2. cocoa liquor making machine, cocoa mass making machine

the grinder machine grind the cocoa bean into paste/ butter called cocoa liquor, also known as bitter cocoa material. Warmed Cocoa liquor having the characteristics of the fluid,  cooled cocoa liquor into block.

3. cocoa cake crusher machine

this crusher machine not only increase the cut angle of blade, but also adopt the blade carries, so that it can distribute pressure of blade, improve the shear and bear impact force of each blade. Blade adopt alloy steel which accord to the special heat treatment, highly abrasion resistance and thin sharp of the blade with several times.

it can be used to crush the bigger raw material into small pieces, the grinder machine can grind the crushed raw materail into powder which can be 80 mesh 120 mesh 180 mesh 200mesh and so on.

4. working principle
When the main shaft rotates at a high speed, the rotor disk runs at the same time,the materials are put into the hopper and move automatically through the feeder into the crushing chamber. In the crushing chamber the material is crushed in the comprehensive
effect of mutual impact, shear and friction between the teeth and the material.
The machine is equipped with mesh screens,the screen can be changed in accordance with customer requirements. The grinded materials are drove by the airflow and are impacted and rubbed by the teeth and hammer slice again and again.
When the material to be pulverized to less than sieve diameter,it can rapidly get out of the crushing chamber through the sieve pore and falling to the outlet, and the coarse material is continue to be grinded.

We can use hydraulic press machine to press the cocoa liquor to get the cocoa butter and cocoa cake.

We can use the cocoa butter to make chocolate, and use the cocoa cake to make cocoa powder.
