Reliable Japan-made slide rules used as electroplating instrument
One piece of slide rule is available for eight -type of metal plating.
Data related to electrolytic and chemical plating can be calculted.
Easy to use at manufacturing or processing site.
Electrolytic Plating (Scale in the upper part)
1) Align cursor's current efficiency % with the chemical symbol scale of metal (to be plated)
2) Move the central strip to aligh the cursor's 100% line with the current density.
3) Figure of plating thickness and time can be read.
Calculation of current efficiency of electrolytic plating is also possible (presented from cursor).
Electroless Plating (Scale in lower part)
1) Align the cursor's 100% line with chemical symbol scale of metal (to be plated)
2) Move the central strip to aligh the diamond mark with the same 100% line
3) Figure of desposition weight and plated film thickness can be read.
