Profile of Main Configuration
This machine is mainly composed of four parts: unwinding device, embossing system, rewinding device and electrical cabinet.
1. unwinding device with constant tension
It is composed of two unwinding rollers which can ensure two layers of material embossed together. More rollers can ensure more layers embossed together.
2. embossing system
It is mainly composed of beam frame and embossing roller. There is a transducer on the frame. Several layers of material can be embossed together on the instant after going through the embossing roller.
3. rewinding device
It can wind the finished products around the paper tube.
4. electrical cabinet
It is the heart part of the whole machine. It is composed of corresponding number of Ultrasonic generators in order and all the button is in order which ensure convenient operation.
Usage
It is used in high-frequency ultrasonic embossing for soft materials of full width, such as all kinds of chemical fiber cloth, artificial leather, non-woven cloth, polyester wadding, thermoplastic membrane, chemical sheets
It’s widely used in weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing, shoes making, upholstering, bedding, automobile industries.
