Usage
This machine is the special gring cutting machine of abrasive series products. Suitable for producing small impeller/with a handle impeller/thounds of impeller/giant thounds of impeller/flower page wheel, etc. cutting tools. Hydraulic feeder is introducing the advanced texchnology from taiwan, combined with the our company’s researchachievements, we develop it ourselves. Using PLCbasic logic operation Timing, counting, realize logic control and product it. This machine is suitable for hard materials which can be able to support movement, such as cardboard, gauze, etc.
Characteristics
(1)
The machine adopts machine, eletricity, liquid integretion design, easy operation, no long-term training (but workers shall abide machine operation procedure, do not violate operation) grasp skilled manual.
(2) The machine has automatic lubrication system, when it’s working, it doesn’t offen add lubricant,it can reduce wear and prolong service life.
(3) Working with PLC servo system and stepping Stepping Blsnking institutions, to improve the accuracy and reduced the waste materials.
(4) Limit system USES a thread ,bolts, worm and worm wheel etc. regulatory institutions,subdivide the cutting depth to 0.01mm accurately.
(5) Hydraulic components are imported, tank uses the large capacity design, Tank uses the large capacity design, reduced oil temperature and prolong the service life of oil.
