The precise four-column travelling head hydraulic die cutting machine is mainly suitable for cutting one layer or layers of leather, rubber, plastic, paper board, fabric and chemical fabric nonwoven etc. by molding cutter.
Characteristics
1.This is a hydraulic automatic cutting machine with higher speed, less human force and higher efficiency after being improved on the basis of the traditional ones.
2.It can adopt either microcomputer control system or LCD computer control system, which ensures easy operation, quick setting, high accuracy and convenient repair and maintenance.
3.LCD computer control system can remember the last operation .
4.The head of punch can automatically move transversely, with easy operation, strong cutting force, both hands operate and high safety.
5. With double oil cylinders , four-column guide and automatic balance to ensure the completely same depth of each cut.
6. When the cutting board is pressed to touch the die cutter, slow cutting will automatically start to make that there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of the cutting material.
7. Specially set structure to fit the cutting knife and cutting height, to make the adjustment of travel simple and accurate.
8. Both roll feeding device and clamp feeding device can be available.
