1. taper seamless steel tube specifications:

2. Advantage:
In the steel making process at present, as a result of straight oxygen lance used, the oxygen lance sticking is a common problem. it is the most difficult work of BOF workers to handle sticky oxygen lance. the steel and slag mixture stuck on the oxygen-lancing time, reduces the workers suffer often roasted injury, burns, bump injury and other accidents. the problem has a certain risk.
The best way to avoid oxygen lance sticking is to use taper oxygen lance. The split taper oxygen lance body near the nozzle is tapered, upper end is bigger and lower end is small. The steel slag can not stick on the lance. The stell slag splashed on the lance body will drop down naturally along the taper lance into the turnace. The production practice has proved that the taper oxygen lance has long performance life., rudeces labor intensity and accident, and increases steel output and improves the efficiency of steelmaking.
