Compost turner is used to turn ans mix loose material such as agricultural stalks, various grasses, sugarcane and corn leaf, agricultural waste and househould waste, and sticky materials such as animal manures, ect.
Organic Fertilizer Turning Machine Features
1.Crawler compost turner consists of the following parts such as crawler walking system, compost turning system, machine rack and turning part. Hydraulic system controls its turning and main working parts, therefore, the turning and transmits are flexible and reliable.
2.Before fermentation, heap the compost in a strip according to a certain width and height, at the same time, spread strain to help decompose microorganism by hand or automatic spreading strain device.
3.Then it is the compost turner that blend and crush compost materials.
4.During turning or blending, compost material is taken high due to rotary drum high speed and moves backward for a certain distance for scattering and crushing.
