Main purpose and characteristics of equipment:
WF-ZFP whole Turners is one of the main auxiliary equipment of fertilizer machinery equipment, suitable for fermentation to trough, disposable turner save time and save energy. WF-ZFP is the core equipment in animal husbandry and aquaculture, municipal waste, sewage sludge industrial sound processing.

Equipment structure:
1.WF-ZFP whole Turners host synchronous operation by the two cycloidal motion, double sprocket chain drive auger, component force balance extend the life of components.
2.In turner process can always adjust walking speed according to the density of the material,work minimum speed 25mm/sec -100mm/sec , turner complete return to work for an idling position when the hydraulic auger can be increased to 1m leave materials, walking speed 100mm/sec -150mm/sec .
3.When the turner work, idle return turner position and shift to another fermentation tank can operate the hydraulic lift system rose to the appropriate height, the completion of the host and shift.
4.Stir on the axis of chuck is fixed blade special, spiral contact materials, reduce the load. The turning of the stirring knife can be used to thrown the material in the fermentation tank to the distance of 1.5 meters-2.5 meters.
