Water Ring Type Die Head Granulator Configuration
1, Uses and characteristic:
Water ring type die head granulator is specifically targeted at low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) kind of plastic recycling granulation units. Special design of screw structure and vent can effectively ruled out materials produced during melting water and volatile gases, extrusion uniform particles, strong, beautiful, high production efficiency. The unit of grain is cut way of plastic in melt condition by scraping out under the blade and the cooling water circulation cooling solidification, the high-speed dryer after dehydration can effectively remove the finished product particles water, dry effect is good. Particle cutting process simple operation, high automation, no dust, low noise, slice of good quality, beautiful appearance.
