♥ Decoiler:
It is used to support the steel coil and realize the uncoiling by means of rotatory movement.The steel coil is uncoiled manually. The capacity of this uncoiler is 5 Ton, and it is capable for most of the cases. This equipment is suitable to process the steel coils with 508mm of ID.

It is derived by a Gear Pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank, the pump could drive the hydraulic cylinder to realize the cutting function.
The system includes a set of hydraulic tank, a set of a Gear Pump, two hydraulic pipes .and two sets of Solenoid Valves.

♥ Controlling system:
Panasonic PLC is adopted to organize all actions of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes: automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working. In order to make the machine has a long service life and easy maintenance; we only adopt globally famous electrical components. And by our special designed program, the human-computer interface is very easy to be adopted by any level of operators.
♥ Encoder:
We understand that the encoder is a very important part of the cutting to length system, so we only adopt the best quality from OMRON Japen. And we offer enough matching couplings to make the machine will never shut off due to the encoder problem

1: Guaranteed against malfunctions due to manufacturing defects for 1 years after date of purchase. Repairs will be made free of charge.
2: Reparis will not be performed free of change even during the guarantee period in the follow circumstances
- Damage occurs due to a natural disaster

- Malfunction occurs due to modifications
- Malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation
5. Commissioning:
1 technician for 7 working days from seller to buyer’s side for the instruction of installation and commissioning as well training. An English-Chinese interpreter will be send by seller in case of the buyer asks. All the expenses of them including local transportation, food, laundry and accommodation in buyer’s country and international tickets will be on the buyer side. The hotel shall be equivalent or better than the level of a Chinese 3 star hotel. The buyer shall provide each person 50USD per day as pocket money.

Q: Can you make the machine according to my design or prototype?
A: Yes. We have an experienced team for working out the most suitable design and production plan for the machine that you are going to book with us
Q: What do you need to know so that I can have a machine plan from you for our technical people reference?
A: Well, as the basic needed information for designing a machine plan, pls see below details
For the slitting line and cut-to-length: the material type(HR, CR, HDGI, PPGI, SS), thickness and width range, coil weight, cutting speed, slitting numbers(only for slitting line), steel plate required cutting length(only for cut-to-length line)
For the C,Z,W Profile and roof/wall panel roll forming machine: the material thickness range, width range and the profile drawing are required(how many roll forming stands required are depended on the profile drawing)
For the HVAC machine and the stainless steel pipe machine: the wall thickness range and the diameter range of the pipe
Pls also provide us with your special requirements for the machine, for example, you want the machine to be a full-automatic one or semi-automatic one in order to save your procurement budget.
Q: How can we be assured that you will deliver us quality machine with spare parts?
A: We usually require our customers to send the technical people to our factory for checking the quality of the machine before shipping. Considering that the buyer usually is not very familiar with the machine assembling and debugging, so we send the technicians to the buyer`s factory for the installation of the machine provided that the Price Term was conclude on ALL IN basis. In additon, We provide all of our customers with the aftersales-service, its free of charge during the warranty period
