Specifications

Z shape praline forming machine can produce many sizes of Z shape purline. The whole line mainly consists of uncoiler and its base, coil sheet flattening equipment, Z shape forming system, punching equipment, post cutting equipment, hydraulic station, and controlling system.

Working flow:

Decoiling the sheet→sheet guilding→coil strip leveling→roll forming→punching for horizontal hole→punching for vertical hole→measure length→cutting the panel→panel to supporter

The manufacturer cycle of equipment is 15 days.

The length of main machine is 9.8m, the width is 1.1m, and the height is 1.3m.

It has four cutting mould with the line.

If the customer wants to more cutting mould, he has to pay for the extra moulds.

Guarantee:

In correct operation and maintenance, the machine is one year guarantee since leaving the seller’s factory.

Installation:

If buyer need, the seller will send one or two technician to the buyer’s factory to install & testing the machine, the buyer will assist the seller’s technician to get the visa and pay for the two-way flight tickets and local accommodation, visa cost. by the way , buyer pay 50USD/day for technican extra.
