• The automatic tea bag packing machine is specially designed by the mechanical hand bag into the outer bag, inside and outside the bag while packing achieved. Because of the robot into a bag not only greatly increased the rate but also reduced the size of the outer bag, seal the bag to make more beautiful, generous.
• Inside the bag of tea filter material, hang tags automatically enters the outer bag. Outer bag is composite film packaging, with moisture, volatile odor, preservation, and other functions. The machine has an automatic bag making, measuring, filling, cutting, sealing, counting (and pre-count), finished output function.
• Packaging materials: inside the bag using heat-seal tea filter paper; outer bag polyester / polyethylene, polyester / aluminum / polyethylene, polyester / aluminum foil / polyethylene, paper / polyethylene, nylon and other heat sealable composite materials .
• Packaging materials requirements: thickness ≤ 0.08m, coil inner diameter 75mm, outer diameter ≤ 300mm.
