1.Air Filter: in general, we should clear the dust o the surface of air filter every1000hours,and the method is to blow down the dust from inside to outside.Atlas copco screw air kompressor adopts Sweden origin part,has high efficiency
when its running.
2.Air Inlet Valve: When starting,stopping or empty it all uses the two-way solenoid valve action to control the air inlet valve piston and up close valve.If the pressure reaches the upper limit valve of pressure switch,the pressure switch will act,and the two-way solenoid valve begins to discharge and pushes up the air inlet piston to close the valve and become empty load state.It's the center part of screw rotary scroll air compressor.
3.Oil filter: oil filter is a kind of filters of paper characteristic with the function to remove the impurities in oil,such as mental particles,oil deterioration and so on,its filtering precision is between 10μ-15μ,which will well protect the bearing and
rotors of screw rotary scroll air compressor.
4.Cooling System: cool air sucked by a circulating fan to blow over the heat dissipating fins of cooler and exchange
heat with compressed air and lubricating oil to reach the cooling effects.
5.Oil-gas tank : there are oil and air mixture , and min pressure valve , oil discharge valve , pressure gage .Due to large cross area of oil tank,the sir compressor can lessen the flow speed to sparate oil drop,which is the first stage of oil removal.
