atlas copco screw air compressor advantages :
1. Simplicity of operator: Our air compressor has Industry PLC control platform, which may adapt different operating mode condition; English display system, simple easy to understand; The intelligent automation control and the self-failure diagnosis system may realize unattended.
2. Highly effective main engine: The main engine adopts Atlas original installation screw main engine, guarantees stably and highly effective.
3. Advanced disposition: the dispositions adopt international famous brand dispositions, rate reaches as high as above 80%.
Air course system: Uses German MANN Corporation or the British DH Corporation's oil separator and the air strainer, and the Japanese Corporation's pressure regulator valve and so on. It guaranteed provides the high quality gas source.
Oil duct system: Uses the German MANN Corporation's oil filter, filters the contamination which in the lubricating oil. It guaranteed that oil duct system unobstructed.
Cooling system: Uses the low temperature difference design, coordinate high temperature and the humidity environment for the design premise. The water cooling temperature rise in 6~8 degrees, guarantees the air compressor outlet temperature ≤40C. The air cooling temperature is the temperature adds 15C.
Electric system: Uses international famous brand products, guarantees system reliably.
Motor: Uses the China name brand motor, entirely sealed, protection Class IP54; Class F insulation.
