A: We are the 7 years paper & printing manufactory in Guangdong, China
2) When can I get the quotation of my enquire?
A: Usually the quotation will be send back to you within one working day once got all details of products your inquiry, If urgently, kindly please tell us , so that we will check quotation with details to you within 2-3 hours.
3) How can I get the accurate price?
A: In order to make out the accurate unit cost as soon as possible, there are need your help to offer some basic specs and more details to us: the size, the material, the products shape and picture, the printing & finishing, the product shape or similar picture, the quantity you want and so on .
4) Can I get a free sample?
Sure! The sample in our stock which we made before for our other client or make the blank sample as your requirement, it just need your help to bear the freight cost of sample to you.
5) How to custom sample as my requirement or design?
Kindly please offer all details of sample you want to custom, such as the size, the material, the printing & finishing, the shape & style , the quantity, and also need to provided the artwork for logo or printing (CDR/AI/PADF files) to us in advance.
And you should pay the sample cost & freight cost to us, while the sample cost will be refundable once you place the order. Also you could use your own express account with freight collection, please tell us if you have.
6) What’s the customized sample time?
Usually sample time is 5-7 days after confirmed the sample charger and the files with details
7) What’s your company MOQ? Could you accept order quantity less than MOQ?
Basic our MOQ is 1000pcs. Yes, the small quantity of testing order could be acceptable, just the unit price will be higher accordingly. If the order for notebooks, welcome to mix the different designs or color for cover.
8) How long is the lead time for mass productions?
Normal 18-45 days, if rush order, kindly please advice, so that we can adjust the production schedule, in order to catch your delivery time.
9) What’s your general package?
Each one will be packed into a single Opp bag, with standard export carton.
Customized packaging & carton is acceptable.
10) What is an order placement business process with your factory ?
Proofing- approved sample- 30% deposit-mass production-QC- packing- 70% balance- shipment
