Unit Structure:
This unit is mainly constituted of equipment body,filter section,blower section,pulse jet deashing section,electric device,dust collecting section. Details please refer to the operating manual.
Operating Principle:
Normal operation: Put the unit in a separate dust removal room,allocate corresponding air hose and dust shield connect with dust collector. Plug in the power,switch on the fan key, dust yair enters into case bosy from dust source through dust hood, air hose and air inlet. Because of the aircurrent expands and the flow rate reduces suddenly,big grain dust separates from dusty air under the effect of its own gravity and settles down to the dust drawer, other small grain dust stays outside filter cartridge due to the effect of filtering,colliding,hooking,static electricity. The purified air is discharged from the fan to air outlet through the aboved anechoic chamber.The purified air from the unit can be discharged into the room for recycling without ventilation heat(refrigeration capacity)loss.
Dust cleaning operation: Adopt on-line pulse dust removing mode,no need stopping in deashing process. Due to use pulse dust cleaning,the users need provide air source for yourself. The pulse valve is controlled by controller in deashing process,back blow dust cleaning on time,and the time can be set according to the actual dust concentration.
Application Scope:
1.Applicable environment: Temperature: -10°C~+55°C,relative air humidity no higher than 85%,without compressed air source.
2.Applicable industries:Chemical,Pharmaceutical,Food processing,Metal processing,Mechanical processing,Asbestos product processing,Metallurgy,Foundry,Electronic,Powder spraying,Electrostatic spraying,Carbon materials,Composite materials,Building materials,Refractory materials,Sandblasting,Cement,Mining excavation etc. and other fine air dust.
Especially suitable for Pharmaceutical production line (dust removing and purification of mixer,tablet machine,granulator,dosing,mixing materials,screening,pulverizer,weighing,coating capsule,pretreatment process of Traditional Chinese Medicine).
