Features of Drill Dust Collector
Integrated with DTH drill, KS-10 type special mine dust remover effectively reduces environment pollution caused by dust powder, protects operators’ health and reduce abrasion caused by mechanical movement.
Operating Principle of Drill Dust Collector
Ultra-high pressure fan driven by hydraulic motor can rapidly take dust and stone chips out of the drilling hole. Dust enters purifying tank and is attached on the surface after it has been filtered in the cylinder, while clean air is discharged in the external environment. Dust is firmly attached on the surface of the filter cylinder due to ultra-high pressure of the fan. Push the roof fan air inlet in reverse direction so as to make temporary vacuum condition for the purifying chamber, then blow the filter cylinder with high pressure air , dust falls into dust hopper, and finally dust cleaning task is finished. Cylinder returns to the original place, purifying chamber is in high pressure state again, and dust removing is continued.
