Operating Principle of Dust Collecting Machine
Place the machine set in an independent dust removing chamber equipped with corresponding air hose, suspended hood and dust collector. Suspended hood and dust collector are connected together. Dust air enters the air box from dust source through suspended hood, air hose and air inlet after the power and fan have been switched on. Dust air enters from inlet on upper part of dust air chamber into clean room and then is discharged from air outlet. Sinking air flow helps the dust to sink down. High efficient filter cylinder ensures that air in the clean room meets the dust removing requirements. When dust on the surface of filtering material in the cylinder increases and needs removing, operation system automatically conducts dust removing (at given time or under given pressure) in the cylinder. Turn on the solenoid valve rapidly to enable high pressure air to spring back into the filter cylinder and blow away dust stayed on the cylinder surface, dust dropping into dust hopper along air flow. Then turn off the solenoid valve to finish dust cleaning in the cylinder to make it resume to filtering state. Operation system opens other valves again to carry out dust cleaning on other cylinders. Dust remover completely resume to filtering state after all the cylinders go through dust removing cycling.
