First metal factory was formed in 1998 as the one of the largest structural steel and metal hardware components processing center. With the goal of operating a steel processing mill to manufacture wide-range of steel products such as steel angles, steel beams, channels, bars, hot roll / cold drawn steel profiles and also includes non-standard metal stamping products. The metal factory includes three warehouseswith a total area of over 25,000 square meters.
Today, we have the capacity to process and manufacture over 200,000 tons per yearof steel products. Our high technology equipment and machinery includes CNC cutting machine, CNC punch press, complete cold drawn process line, cold roll forming machine, laser cutting equipment, high tech rust removal equipment, straightening machineect. We also have good business relationships with best surface treatment factories which will be able to do hot dip galvanizing, zinc coating, even color coatingand more other special treatment.
We use the top gradealloy steel, carbon steel & stainless steel as raw material, all the raw materials will go through ultrasonic flaw detection, chemical composition analysis, spectroscopic analysis, mechanical property test and spark discrimination detecting. We completely reject any mixed raw material, and keep the material selection complying with Standard requirement. Before packing step, our quality control staff will randomly inspectevery batch of products with measurement of each size, quantity of each order, surface condition ect.
