Modular standard cool room for fruits
1.Modular standard cool room panel
(1)Modular standard cool room panel dimension
Polyurethane sandwiched panels are of 100% Polyurethane insulation, which is constructed by being foamed in place with retarted Polyurethane using high pressure. They have certain dimensions. Standard widths of panels are a multiple of 1183mm. The maximum lengths of panels are 13.5M. Non-standard sizes are also available upon request with price varying.
(2)The foaming material we choose is imported BASF (US brand) foaming material, green to the environment.
The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15 years.
(3)The modular standard cool room panels male and female, cam lock type, use hexagonal key to assemble

(4)Panel thickness. Different thickness panel is used in different temperature cold room.

2.Modular standard cool room door
There are hinged door, convex door, sliding door, normal door for option.Manual opened, with PU material, with heater in the door frame, with gasket etc.
Convex door standard size: 800W*1900Hmm
Hinged door standard size: 832W*1960Hmm
Manual sliding door size:1200W*2200Hmm
With safety handle for emergency open.
3.Modular standard cool room refrigeration unit
For cold room, will use Copeland split refrigeration unit
Refrigerant is R404A
