Quick freezer for 300kg mango chunks freezing
Quick freezer PERFORMANCE:
Quick freezer can lower the food temperature from 28°C to -35°C or -45 degree C within 2~3 hours. Chilling and freezing times will vary somewhat, depending on the food quantity, initial temperature, density, moisture content, specific heat, and type of container. The airflow has a high velocity, indirect pattern designed to cool all levels at identical rates. Time/temperature chilling and freezing rates meet or exceed all FDA and state regulations.

- Quick freezer CONSTRUCTION:
The chilling/freezing cabinet is constructed of polished type 304 stainless steel, with 2" of CFC-free, high density polyurethane insulation 120mm. The door is equipped with a removable magnetic gasket. The door is hinged on operator’s right.

- Quick freezer Refrigeration Unit :
The self-contained refrigeration system includes a condensing unit using R-404A refrigerant. The compressor is a Bizter twin-stage semi- hermetic air cold condensing unit , with inherent overload protection.
Quick freezer Refrigeration Unit can be installed at the top on the
Quick freezer (built-in type refrigeration uint)
or installed separate from the Quick freezer ( split refrigeration unit , stand free )
The advantage of this design is the refrigeration unit can install outside , therefor , it can reduce the hot-gas come from the machine working . So the indoor temperature will not so hot .
- Each Quick freezer will with Trolley. Trollery size is 500X600X1400 mm ( 18 layers) or 500*600*1850 ( 28 layers)
- The Quick freezer is with the slope ,which conventient for the trolleys put into the Quick freezer
Quick freezer temperature can fall down to -35 degree C (just accprding to the food feature and size) , it can be Auto-defrosting ( no frost design )
Quick freezer is No frost inside even if in the very low temperature , because it is with auto defrost system design
- Quick freezer door . We can design the door can be auto close ( with magnetism ) . Also , we design the door inner with safty lock .It can open the door inside the Quick freezer
