Chilling and freezing times will vary somewhat, depending on the food quantity, initial temperature, density, moisture content, specific heat, and type of container. The airflow has a high velocity, indirect pattern designed to cool all levels at identical rates. Time/temperature chilling and freezing rates meet or exceed all FDA and state regulations.

- instant freezer CONSTRUCTION:
The chilling/freezing cabinet is constructed of polished type 304 stainless steel, with 2" of CFC-free, high density polyurethane insulation 120mm. The door is equipped with a removable magnetic gasket. The door is hinged on operator’s right.

- instant freezer Refrigeration Unit :
The self-contained refrigeration system includes a condensing unit using R-404A refrigerant. The compressor is a semi- hermetic type with inherent overload protection.
instant freezer Refrigeration Unit can be installed at the top on the
instant freezer (built-in type refrigeration uint)
or installed separate from the instant freezer ( split refrigeration unit , stand free )
- Each instant freezer will with Trolley. Trollery size is 500X600X1400 mm ( 18 layers) or 500*600*1850 ( 28 layers)
- The instant freezer is with the slope ,which conventient for the trolleys put into the instant freezer
- instant freezer temperature can fall down to -35 degree C (just accprding to the food feature and size) , it can be Auto-defrosting
- instant freezer door . We can design the door can be auto close . Also , we design the door inner with safty lock .It can open the door in instant freezer
