Application |
ZH-A20 is developed for precise and high-speed quantitative weighing packaging system. It is suitable for weighing grain, stick, slice, globose, irregular shape products such as candy, chocolate, jelly, pasta, melon seeds, roasted seeds, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, cashews, nuts, coffee bean, chips ,raisins, plum, cereals and other leisure foods, pet food, puffed food, vegetable, dehydrated vegetables ,fruits, sea food, frozen food, small hardware, etc. |
Technical Feature |
1. Machine has twin independent frame with double storage funnel, double vibrator, and double discharged outlet. It can run up to 65 WPM for two different products. |
2. Machine can weigh 2 different products simultaneously with different parameters. |
3. Machine can mix 2 different products with different weight. |
4. Vibrator modifies the amplitude basing on different target to make material down more equably and get higher combination rate. |
5. High precise digital weighing sensor and AD module have been developed. |
6.Modify hopper open speed and open angle basing on the characteristics of measured material can prevent material blocking the hopper. |
7. Multi-time drop and succeeding drop methods can be selected to prevent puffed material blocking the hopper. |
8. Material collecting process system with difference automatic identified and one drag two function can remove unqualified product and deal with material drop signals from two packaging machines. |
9. Components which touch the material are all manufactured with stainless steel. Hermetic and waterproof design has been adopted for preventing particles entering and cleaning easily. |

10. Different authority can be set for different operator, which is for easy management.

11. Multi-language operation system can be selected basing on customer’s requests. |

Training services: We will train your engineer to install our weigher. You can send your engineer to our factory or we dispatch our engineer to your company. We will introduce your engineer how to install the weigher and how to fix problem. |

Trouble shooting service: Some times if you can not fix the problem in your country, we will send our engineer there if you need us to support. Of course, you need to afford the round trip flight ticket and accommodation fee. |

Spare Parts replacement: For spare parts support: For machine in guarantee period, if spare part broken, we will send you the parts free and we will pay the express fee. And please send us the spare parts back. when machine is out of guarantee period, we will provide you the spare parts in cost price. |
