System synopsis and function for JH-1000:

JH-1000 type EDC injector test bench is consisted of Hydraulic and Pneumatic supercharging system, controller tester and machine body. It can test EDC and common rail injectors’ simulate test.

 Hydraulic and Pneumatic supercharging system

Hydraulic and Pneumatic supercharging system is consisted of air way and high pressure fuel way. Its function is to change air pressure to oil pressure, supply high pressure test oil to system.

Air power pressure 6-8par

Air power supply air quantity ≥1500L/min;

High pressure fuel way admitted pressure ≤1200par

Test oil: 0#light diesel.

Controller 

Controller simulate diesel engine ECU (engine control unit) function, supply injection control signal to EDC and common rail injectors, control injector’s work. The customer can input drive parameter, can judge EDC and common rail injector’s performance. Characteristics is below:

Adjust injector’s injecting oil quantity through adjusting injector’s drive signal pulse width and frequency. 

Injecting frequency can be adjusted: 0~9999cent

Range of adjusting injecting time: 0~999.9ms;

Continue to injector bits can be adjusted: 0~9999 bits
