The horizontal slab lifter(slab clamp) utilize lever principle and hold square billets closely without outer force assisting. Its action
is flexible and lifting and transporting is safe and reliable. The switch controller is made of
high-strength and high wear-resisting alloy steel. It acts flexibly and has long life.
There are horizontal slab lifter(slab clamp) kind of he structure, one is changeless style, and the other is adjustable style. The
adjustable style will be used for different mode and different layer square billets. The form of
connecting with users traveling crane can be designed in accordance with the actual status.
The clamp utilizes PRO/E design analysis, and designer simulate the whole transport process, and
make stress analysis for key stress position, in order to reach best design effect.

Mechanical steel plate lifter Our slab lifter for outside gripping and ingot grabs are widely used for the opearations of stacking, transporting,and translating in steel-making factories,storage places and ports. With the strong clamping force produced by lever system to touch the surface of the load,it transports the load with the friction force,and operates automatically with the switch of hold open device which makes the gripping legs opened and locked. This Slab Tong type control open and lock by threaded spindle drive unit,and to control the second clamping by wedge-grip jaw.
