Grid Of Coke Guide
The function of Grid Of Coke Guide is to guide the coke pushed out into the quenching car through the coke guide when pushing. It is made of steel section. Its side walls are made of channel steel by welding. The material of channel steel whose one face that is in contact with the coke is Q345-B heat- and abrasion-resisting steel plate which is connected by bolts. Since it is heavily heated and quickly worn out at its bottom and lower part, it is fabricated by 25 mm thick cast iron plates and fixed by bolts for the convenience of replacement after wearing-out.
