DHHI has the process line for mass, scaled and specialized assembly and debugging of wind turbine key components, including speed increaser, electric control system, double-fed convertor, brake, lubricating system, yawing and pitching drive, wheel hub, mainframe, chassis etc. and is the biggest development and manufacturing base of parts and components of megawatt wind power generation equipment.In 2009, the company produced over 2000 speed increasers of 1.5MW wind turbines (the speed increasers of 3MW wind turbines for both offshore and continent have been put into mass production), 3200 yawing drives and 1800 pitching drives of wind turbines, 2200 wheel hubs and 1000 mainframes of wind turbines with all kinds. It is able to annually produce 4000 sets of 1.5MW electrical cabinets, 1000 sets of 3MW electrical cabinets, 500 sets of cased electric substations of wind turbines and has the capacity of mass production of special-purpose frequency converters of megawatt wind turbines, which proprietary intellectual property rights are held by the company. Its production capacity of hydraulic disc brakes and speed increaser lubricating systems of wind turbines comes up to over 2000 sets annually.
