7m Coal Charging Car
Function:
The coal charging car traveling on the tracks which are on the top of the oven,carrying out a series of operations of the oven according to the 5-2 serial sequence. Its main function is to take coal from the coal tower,after being measured ,the coal is charging into the oven chamber according to the operation plan. While in the process of coal charging,to collect the flue gas overflow from the coal hole,and then mixed with a amount of air into the dust collection tube.The flue gas is exhausted into the atmosphere after a dust removal progress operated by the ground dusting station. The operation of this machine is performed by the operator in the operator’s cabin, the automatic alignment & oven identicifaction system are used on the travelling device,Other mechanisms will be automatically or manually operated via the pushbuttons.
