The cement silo is intended to receive cement from cement trucks, to store it, and convey it through the screw conveyor to the place of the ready mix preparation. The sensor of low and upper level is installed in the silos to control the cement level, the silos are also equipped with bag filters by Italian production with impulse blowing system of filtering elements remote or locally–operated. The bag filter is set up on the upper silo's platform and serves to clean the dusty air passing from silo at the cement charging.
The cement is fed through the pneumatic cement tube, the electromechanical vibrators of WAM , Italy production are installed in the low (cone) part of the silo to provide the continuous material supply.
The silo can be equipped with aeration system, knife valve or disk valve.
The silo can be supplied :
- with screw conveyor
- with dense phase pneumatic pump;
- rotary valve
The silo can be bolted type or assembled accoring to customers requirements and volume from 25 to 140 tones.
