Cotton Pad Making Machine
1.The working principle of equipment: delivery the raw material automatically----heating and embossing----Stamping and cutting piece----arranging and discharging----rolling the waste.All the process can be finished automatically.
2.It is equipment with Steel roller to steel roller heating equipment.It can adjust to emboss when you need.You can lift the embossing roller when you don't need to emboss.(we can do the pattern according to the demand of the customer)
3.It is equipment with a whole set of Circular knife forming mould.The mould is made of Imported high quality special steel,including four groups of circular knife with reasonable dislocation type arrangement.
So that it can make raw material loss dropped to the lowest level.
So cost reductions and improve the work efficiency.
4.It is equipment with three adjust tension control device.So that it can adapt to all kinds of material production.It also has the rolling device to rolling the waste.So it can be recycled waste.
5.The drive of the cutter parts adopt CAM type mechanical transmission.So it can punching accurate,without burr.
6.The overall frame use international standards molding steel. The surface do rust prevention. The frame welding dimension is precision.Standard screws, the main components is made of the domestic high quality 45 # steel and hexagon socket head cap screw.
Table facet and the product easy to cause health influence parts are all made of 304 stainless steel .
7.The machine use high precision frequency conversion and the related electrical to control operation.Electrical parts wiring is standard ,reasonable,safe,orderliness and east to operate.
