Stainless steel well screen shall be manufactured by spirally winding wedge shaped stainless steel wire over a frame of straight stainless steel wires parallel to the axis of the screen.The wedge wire shall be securely welded on the frame and fusion welded at every intersection.The ends of the frames shall be securely welded on the inner ends of each coupling adapter.

Stainless steel accoring to ASTM standard
All materials shall be new and of the specified standard
Submit certified copy of pre-shipment inspection done by the world recognized inspection and factory test report signed by chief inspector of the manufacturer.
Eliminate all possible damage to the materials during transit and handing with special care to screen sections and threaded portion of the materials.Thread protecting cap must be provided for protecting threaded of each screen
