1,The SFS-M07A is double platen pneumatic heat transfer machine integrated with pneumatic power driving system, programmable control panel, electromagnetic switch and ThermTUBE™ Heating elements to effectively enhance the production efficiency, heat up speed / eveness and pressing stability to printing process of various products for sublimation and heat transfer printing and gilding.
with the double platen design, the prepress processing can be carried out when one side is being press, typical applications of the heat press include heat transfer printing onto fabrics such as T-Shirts, thicker materials such as carpets & mats, tiles & ceramics, as well as wood boards, sheet metal, plastics, polyester coated synthetics and a vast range of other flat substrates. 2,ThermTUBE™ Heating Technology
Most of SUN-FLY's heat presses utilise the unique ThermTube™ As heating element to effectively enhance the stability and speed of machine's temperature.

3,Digital Control
The digital control panel is the controlling centre of temperature and time. The temperature feedback from sensor of the heater can be transfered to the panel in real time, according to the preset temperature, the panel will decide if the temperature should keep going up or remain the same.

4,Dual Platen
The purpose of dual platen design is to increase the effectiveness of heat press production. When one platen is being pressing, the operator can prepare the sublimation blanks on the other idle platen, therefore using this dual platen can apparently enhance the production ability of sublimaton blanks.

5,4 springs buffering system
The 4 springs buffering system can effectively buffering the pressing impaction and evenly spread the pressure out.

6,Emergency Push Button
The Emergency Push Button(EPB) is designed to prevent unpredictable accidents and protect users. After pushing this button, the machine will be power-off and automatically release the heater(the releasing power is driven by pneumatic spring bumper).

7,Manual Sliding System
The manual sliding system consists of the sliding axle and shaft sleeve, the flat substrate tray is integrated with the shaft sleeve so that it can slide together with the shaft sleeve. The sliding power is driven by manual operating

8,Pneumatic Power System
Full range of SUN-FLY's M07 dual platen series heat presses are powered by pneumatic system. It saves manpower of pressing process and increase the production ability of sublimation printing.

9,Flat Silicon Mat
The flat silicon mat is used as substrate protector offering elastic underlay function with excellent heat resistance properties.

10,CE Certified
