Advantages of HS-Z1390M laser bed
1. Imported belt transmitting system;
2. Two lower double blowing systems;
3. Going through strict processing treatments: machine body heat treatment, high temperature annealing to eliminate its machine stress, quadrate pipes jointing and gantry milling.
4. 1.5 metal,30mm acrylic, 15mm plywood and 12mm MDF cutting.
5.Adopting US imported sensor,precise auto-focus laser cuttinghead,can cut metal and non metal matarials.

Testing Process

1. 300 Days Warranty, Yet strict incoming tube test. Only circle laser beam is qualified.

| 2. Power Meter shows the min. & max. tube power . Average power will be choosen for assembling into machine while the unqualified send back to supplier. |
| 3. 8 Hours Continious Test with Every 7 Seconds break to prevent any possible error. |

4.Main Parts like Power Supply Box, Motor, Motor Driver, Main Board will be tested up to 52 degree high temperature. There is no problem even you use in desert area.

5. After being assembled, we will test machine by 2mm circles. If there is any machine with wrong size or is not round, it's not allowd to be delivered.
