Strictly quality control for 150w high power led flood light
All our 150w high power led flood lights have been strictly tested, which ensure their quality under well control.
- IES testing is a professional test for calculating some technical parameters of led flood light, such as LED luminous efficiency, LED initial flux, beam angle and so on, by simulating the way of LED floodlight emitting.
- Integrating sphere test is a test of variety of optical, phoyometric or radiometric measurements.It can provide these data of led flood light, like wattage, LED power, CCT, CRI, LED luminous efficiency, LED initial flux, etc.
- DC power supply testing and chip testing can be used for testing whether the chip is qualified by input specified voltage.
- Driver testing is used for testing the related parameters of driver of led flood light, such as voltage, electric current, PF and frequency range.
- Cross-cut adhesion test and color housing tester are used for testing the led flood light cover painting and its firmness.
- High voltage test is a general test to ensure no function damage to the led flood light assembly.
- Waterproof testing can be used to test whether the led flood light is waterproof that no water inside the shell by shower the led flood light eight hours.
- High and low temperature test are tests for making sure no function damage to the led flood light under -40℃ and 60℃ for four hours.
- Salt spray test is a test for inspecting whether there is any rust after four hours testing to make sure the led flood light is salt spray proof.
- Aging test is a test for confirming the led flood light is qualified, without the phenomenon of flash lighting even no lighting.
