- 1. The Pump has a unique design for the double-channel impeller, the matching pump body, and such features as no blockage, prevention of tangling, high efficiency, good balance and etc. Most suitable for discharging sewage, waste water, rain water or etc. That contains solid particles and long fibers.
- 2. A motor specially designed for submersible sewage pumps, of which the level of protection is IPX8 and the stator winding,within which an overheating protection component that protects the motor through the electric control cabinet is embedded ,is insulated at thegrade-F level;
- 3. Submersible motor is pumped liquid cooling depend on the minimum operating water level must cover the upper part of the stator.
- 4. Two independent mechanical seals are set within the pump to reach the goal of double-sealing.The lubricant in the oil chamber not only lubricates the mechanical seals but also prevent medium seepage.
- 5. A water leakage probe,an overheating protection component and a float switch are installed inside the pump.These elements combine with the special electric control cabinet to automatically monitor water leakage,oil leakage and overheating of the winding for the pump.
