BCZ standard chemical pump
BCZ standard chemical pump is horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Its dimensions and performances meet the requirements of DIN24256/ISO2858.
BCZ standard chemical pump has all the characteristics of IH series standard chemical pump, and its efficiency and cavitation performance is much better than IH series standard chemical pump, can be single-stage exchanged with IH series standard chemical pump.
Applications:
Delivery of cold or hot, chemically neutral or corrosive, clean liquids or liquids containing solids, particles.
Suitable for:
1. The chemical and petrochemical industries.
2. Pefineries.
3. The pulp and paper industry.
4. The sugar industry
Performance Parameters:
1. Capacity: up to 2000m3/h.
2. Head: up to 160 meters.
3. Operating pressure: up to 2.5 Mpa
4. Operating temperature: -80°C to +300°C
Pumping medium:
1. Sulphric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid for organic acid and inorganic acid which at various temperature and concention.
2. Sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and alkaline liquid at various temperature and concentration.
3. All kinds of salt solution.
4. Various liquid petrochemical products, organic compound as well as raw materials with corrosion behavious and the products.
