BYL series vertical multi-stage centrifugal water pump
Introduction:
BYL series water pump is a new generation of environment-consciuos and energy-saving product that is developed and optimized based on BDL and in combination of market demand and customers’ actual needs for multi-stage vertical pump.

This series adopts the balancing piston balancing the axial force, its advantages are:
1. decrease the pressure in the sealing around shaft.
2. increase pump’s efficiency and capability of anti-cacitation. This series has more than 100 varieties, but it has only 13 types; comapred with competative products it has superior performance and can more accurately meet your needs this is your ideal choice for multi-stage pump.

Structure Characteristics and Advantages:
1. Inlet Section
The jetevator and specially designed guide core at the back part have greatly improved the suction performance of pump.
2. Impeller
Closed impeller applies the technique CAD. The designed acrofoil twisted blade guarantees high efficiency and high suction performance. The balancing piston balances the axial force efficiency, and the whole armature runs without friction.
3. Guide balde
The radial guide blade and axle size are suitable for the guide blade.
4. Shaft
Rigid shaft is made up of materials varying in progressions. It can withstand vertical water compulsion without resulting in great deflection.
5. Outlet Section
Its special design outlet avoids damage and shock resulting from current compulsion, and change of speeds. Direction of outlet can be changed according to needs so that it remains angles of 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° with the inlet.
6. Middle Outlet Section
It specially fits in with divided water supply. It can avoid too much voltage on pipe network and practice one pump with several functions so as to save the project cost.
7. Bearing
The upper baring is a deep-slot ball bearing from factories of famous brand domestic and abroad. It is to support against the weight of armature and part of axial force. Its iron bearing gland and wool which is eqipped at the groove prevents the bearing from being polluted. It is lubricated with grease part of axial force. Lower bearing is a copper alloy water-lubricated bearing, which is durable steady and easy to dismantle.
8. Seal
There are mechanical seal and packing seal available. Mechanical seal is made of stainless carbonized, tungsten, rubber. It is unbalance with washing equipment, which greatly enlarges its sealing reliability. Mechanical seal is specially suitable for occasions which are demanding to environment. Packing seal is made of high quality packing material, fray-proof with minor frictional factor. Its special packing seal container allows the packing to be firmly suppressed. With every part receiving equal force, the packing becomes endurable.
9. Motor
Adopts famous brand Y sereis and Y2 series motors. Safe, low noise, steady and long service life.
10. Resolient Coupling with Pin
The several equally distributing pins transit torsion moment. One end of the pins are set with the surface of cone and pumps converter, which makes their position accurate and reliable. The other end of the pins keep touch with motor converter through elastic rubber ring, which deducts the shock and noises produced by accidental bumps and makes transition steady and reliable.
