DSHJ-1F Brookfield Rotary Viscometer

 

I.Purpose

The instrument is designed and made as per T0625 in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and

Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering,and ASTM D4402. It has a

very wide range of functions. First of all, it is suitable to determine apparent viscosity of highway asphalt

at a temperature from 45 °C to 200 °C as per Brookfield Viscometer Rotation Methods. And then, it can

be used to determine construction temperature for bituminous mixture as per viscosity-temperature curve.

At last also it can be used to determine viscosity of hot melt adhesive, oil grease, paraffin and high polymer.

It can be widely used in cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, dopes, chemical, and other industries.

 

II.Technical parameters

1. Relative humidity: not more than 80%.

2. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50 Hz;

3. Spindle speed: 0.1~100 RPM continuously adjusted;

4. Measurement error: ± 2% (F•S) (± 3% (F•S) for No.30 spindle);

5. Temperature controlling range: 25°C~200°C;

6. Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.1°C;

7. Cubage of sample chamber: 20 ml;

8. Spindles: four spindles of No.21, 27, 28 and 29 (No.30 spindle is optional);

9. Ambient temperature: 5°C~35°C (the ambient temperature should be about 5 °C lower than controlling temperature of heater);

10.Measurement range: 25mPa•s~1×10000000mPa•s (If purchase the No.30 spindle, its measurement

range can be extended to 2×10000000mPa•s);
