Frequency conversion electromagnetic induction heating or induction heating for short is a method for heating metal materials by converting power frequency power supply into that of specific range based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It is mainly applicable to the metal hot working. heat treatment. welding and melting.
Basic components of induction heating system include induction coil. AC power source and work pieces, Induction coil can be fabricated into different shapes as per different heated objects. The coil is connected with the power source providing alternating current for coil. The alternating current possessed by the coil can create an alternating magnetic field passing through the work pieces to produce eddy flow as required by heating.
Power and Technological Characteristics of Gold Smelting Furnace
- Induction heating mainly through the crucible. to precious metal in an instant , then smelting .refining ,casting and other processes.
- For the precious metals: platinum, palladium, rhodium, gold, silver, copper. Steel, gold powder, sands, tin, tin slag ash all these melting point metals.
- A single molten metal quantity:1kg-50kg.a single melting time:2-20 minutes.
- The maximum furnace temperature up to 1500-2000 degrees.
- Commission for the mummer of ash –like powder high up to 97 percent.

Each set of melting furnace is configured with one set of crucible and one crucible tongs.
The cooling water pump for cabinet type furnace has been included in the configuration.
But the portable type furnace from 25A to 120AB do not include the pump in the factory configuration.
