Diesel engine screw type Air Compressor for mining
- SKF Bearing match with high effciency screw air end,make sure long service time.
- Yuchai and Cummins diesel engine offer stable power supply,make sure low oil consumption,strong power.
- 1-2 years warranty period for whole machine,5 years for air end.
1.Air end:Patent shape design for big diameter rotor,air end connect to diesel engine by high elasticity shaft coupling,without increasing gear and make sure air end have the same speed with diesel engine,high efficiency,good reliability and long service time.
2.Diesel engine:Use Cummins,Yuchai,Duetz and domestic and foreign famous diesel engine,meet to level II requirement of emission, strong driving force and low oil consumption.
3.Air control system:Simple and reliable system,automatic adjust inlet air capacity from 0-100%,as per air delivery capacity.Meanwhile,Automatic adjust accelerator to save diesel as possible.
4.Microcomputer control system:Intelligent control air compressor’s outlet air pressure,temperature,diesel engine speed,oil pressure,water temperature,oil tank’s level and others,automatic warning and stop machine protection.
5.Filter:a.,b.Multilevel oil filter,suitable to most oil filter,c.Large oil water cooler,suitable to high temperature and altitude environment.
6.Ample maintenance door,easy to maintain most parts,more convenient to maintain air filter,oil filter,fuel tank,battery and oil cooler,no need to stop machine.
