1 It has 30 period of program control function. It can realize arbitrary slope the ascending, cooling control.It has jump(cycle), operation, pause, stop, etc programmable and operable commands, and allows to modify program at any time in the program’s control and operating. Using curve fitting function AI control algorithm to obtain smooth curve control effect. Using SV transmitting output function as a program generator using. It has measured value start function, ready function and five power cut/boot event processing mode choice.
2 It is suitable for all kinds thermocouple, thermal resistance, line voltage, current, resistance, radiation (ir) thermometer, etc. And it has extended input socket installation special input specifications, 0.25 grade measurement precision, temperature drift is less than 100 PPm/degree Celsius.
3 modular output is suitable for SSR voltage, line current(voltage), relay contact switch, thyristor contactless switch, single-phase/three-phase thyristor zero cross trigger , single-phase thyristor phase shift trigger, control cycle 0.5~120 seconds adjustable.
4 It has many kinds of adjusting ways, like: standard PID, AI artifical intelligence adjusting APID or MPT, etc. It has excellent control characteristics of since setting, self-learning function, no overshoot . You can also use a type control (on - off) function, double group of independent parameters PID can support heating/cooling double output function.
5 It support the upper limit, lower limit, deviation upper limit, deviation lower limit, etc. Many kinds of alarm function. And you can free to define four alarm output port. It support multiple alarm signal output from the same position. It has exemption alarm functions, avoid alarm mistake.
6 It can change the measured value(PV) or given value (SV) to standard current signal output. It can provide 14 high resolution, 0.2 level output precision and better than 100ppm/degree Celsius temperature drift performance’s current output.
7 it can be defined checking and modifying parameter authority, and allowed user-defined password , customize the most fit their operation habit’s instrument.
8 the optional panel size: A2, B, C, C3, E, E2, E5, F, D, D2.
