Product Description

BCJL04B Automatic Bearing Assembly Machine    

This machine can mainly complete following working procedures: auto feeding or fed by prior step → ball collection & separation → lack of ball inspection → lack of ball products NG → placing cages and aligning position → lack of rivet inspection before riveting → riveting → rivet height inspection after riveting → discharge.

** The appearance and functionality of  BCJL03B and BCJL04B are the same except the overall dimension and the workpiece size applied.

  2. Ball separation and collection is flexible to minimize injuries to steel balls.
