BCJL02N Full Automatic Bearing Assembly Machine

These machines can mainly complete following working procedures: auto feeding or fed by prior step → ball collection & separation → lack of ball inspection → lack of ball products NG → placing cages and aligning position → lack of rivet inspection before riveting → riveting → rivet height inspection after riveting → discharge.

Product Advantages

Designed for the auto assembly of nylon cages.
Torque motor is used for rotary ball collection.
Ball separation and collection is flexible to minimize injuries to steel balls.
Unique dual-rod cage feeding structure and linkage mechanical pawl structure for cage picking.
Mature technologies are used in assembling nylon cages, including feeding with vibration disk, position correction with stepper motor, pressing with air cylinder.
All parameters such as number of steel balls, status of cages and sizes after riveting will be detected.
The standard modular structure design makes tooling changing and maintenance more convenient, and the performance more stable.
Security mechanism (national standard or European standard) can be customized based on requirements.
