FG-C Series Fluid Bed Dryer
Fluid bed dryer utilizes hot air flow to make the materials suspended into fluidized state and dry them quickly, water exhausted with air flow after evaporation.
Fast drying. The temperature could be strictly controlled during drying to assure the quality of material after drying.
For big granules or lumpish materials there is a stirring knife that is designed horizontally for fast drying and to avoid stick to the wall.
The machine works at negative pressure with smooth and clean inside surface without dead corner, convenient for cleaning to meet requirements of GMP.

DWY Series Multifunctional Pelletizing Coater is a multifunctional fluid bed equipment that integrates pelletizing and coating with tangent spray, coating with bottom spray and granulating with top spray.
High efficiency and reduce the cost of material for coating
Combine multifunctions of pelletizing, granulating, coating ,mixing and drying, reduce steps of techniques,process of contamination, and the degree of labor.
Tangent spray technique: pelletizing, covering, coating
Top spray technique:granulating
Bottom spray technique:coating
Tangent spray technique:the material on the fluid bed is pushed upward by the hot air flow, it will do regular spin rolling movement in the specially designed container with the influences of centrifugation of the rotary plate, centripetal force of material container, the air flow back and the gravity. The liquid sprayed at a tangent direction make the material into core of pills, which are coated by powder from tangent sprayer to get required tighten fine pellets.
Top spray technique: the material on the fluid bed forms upward. Flowing state pushed by the hot air flow, then combined into granules gradually by the liquid sprayed from upward, and irregular granules will be gotten after drying.
Bottom spray technique: the material is pushed upward from the bottom of the flow leading tube by hot air flow and sprayed back, and coating liquid is sprayed from bottom of the flow leading tube ,and coated onto the materials moving in the same direction to achieve the coating purpose.
