Auto Control System functions
1. Anti-pinch
By monitoring motor flow, the door will be open automatically if there’s any obstacles during the closing process, to prevent any personal injury. The sensitivity can be adjusted on demand to reduce the probability of misuse of the system and to improve the safety performance.
2. Emergency stop & turn
According to an external signal, the cold storage door cam stop quickly or turn in the reverse direction. This makes the control more flexible, and can improve work efficiency.
3. Self-learning function
The controller has powerful memory function. After running automatically for several rounds, press SET key to save related testing data, and to complete the door motion curve setting. This simple turining up makes it easy to learn for all workers.
4. Extended functionality
The control box is reserved for a variety of expansion interfaces, which can be used to add other equipment regarding customer’s requirements, such as hot wire, rope switch, remote control, ground magnetic ring, alarm, radar sensor, etc.
