Changzhou New Star Refrigeration Co., Ltd. is an ISO9001:2000 certificated manufacturer of cold rooms with more than 10 years experience.The factory is located in Changzhou city, Jiangsu province, and 1 hour by train from Shanghai only. There are 2 production lines, with an annual output of 350,000~ 400,000 SQM PU sandwich panels, 5000pc cold room doors, and 30,000 meters aluminum tubes.
We also provide various types of door locks, branded refrigeration units, air coolers, digital control cabinets, cooling towers, air curtain machines, expansion valves and other related refrigeration accessories.The products have already been exported to Middle East, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, etc, some of which through trading companies.

Door leaf |

Aluminum profile and steel panel are combined to form the shell, inside which the polyurethane foams. It’s cold-bridge-free with perfect insulation. Steel choice : painted steel, stainless steel, aluminum steel. The emergency escape device allows the door to be opened from inside when locked. |
Door frame profile |
|
The door frame profile is made of aluminum or plastic, which is elegant and durable, unlike the wooden profile, which is low in strength and perishable. Self regulating heater can be added, which doesn’t need temperature controller or manual switch power supply. |
Guide rail device |
Guide rail is made of aluminum alloy. The wheel works in lined rail and inclined rail. When the door opens, it will separate from the door frame. When the door closes, it will compress towards the door frame and floor. |
